EAU CLAIRE, Wis. — Jeanie Hepfler recently was named director of Luther Midelfort’s Organizational Consulting and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Hepfler has been an organizational consultant in the program since June 2002.
Hepfler holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie and has an extensive background in clinical behavioral health and organizational development.
Organizational Consulting and EAP works with local businesses to provide consultation and counseling to their employees and their families as an employer benefit. Additional services provided by Organizational Consulting and EAP include leadership consultation and coaching, staff trainings and team development.
“EAP services are a wonderful added benefit from one’s employer,” Hepfler said. “During this difficult economic time, employees are under more stress than ever. EAP can assist them in managing that stress so they can be the best they can be at home and at work.”
