EAU CLAIRE, Wis. — Dr. Harold Wighton has joined Urgent Care at Luther Midelfort.
Wighton received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He completed his family practice residency at Providence Medical Center in Seattle, Wash. Wighton earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa.
Wighton is board certified in emergency medicine and family practice.
Before joining Luther Midelfort, Wighton was an emergency and urgent care physician with Wapiti Medical Group in Lake Nebagamon, Wis. He was an emergency physician at Gettysburg Hospital in Gettysburg, Pa., and Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, N.Y. He also worked as an occupational medicine physician at Occupational Health Associates in Chambersburg, Pa.
Urgent Care is available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Midelfort Clinic – Clairemont Campus, 733 W. Clairemont Ave. For an appointment, call 715-838-5340.
